just ran 6 miles!!

thurs, ran four miles. yesterday..rode my mountain bike FAST for 11 miles up a gross mountain.

this morning? i ran the same trail, but only two miles..and then ran the 4 miles back to my house.

i have never been so ready for hunting, physically. i am babying my shoulder a tad, so i am not shooting my bow as much. but i shot pretty great in my backyard.

bring on the little high elevation deer..too bad i'm not schedule for an elk hunt. i am ready..

i have never ever run 6 miles in my entire life. this is big time for me. game changer.

Cliff, that's absolutely awesome, yes you will be elk or deer ready with the pace you're setting, my hats of to you for your determination, great job!
