results from the PSE demo day

I got the opportunity to shoot the latest and greatest bows PSE has to offer for this yr yesterday. let me say I wasn't disappointed. most of the bows I shot were set a 28" im a 30" dl I didn't want to make the guys set and reset the draw length.
heres my thoughts on the following bows.

FULL THROTTLE 28" 60#
this bow is amazing. the draw is very smooth. the shot is dead in hand and quite at the shot. the draw i found to be as smooth if not smoother than the DNA SP. I didn't notice anything from the short brace height. even though it didn't have a peep on it I was still able to stack arrows with it. this bow is most defiantly a shooter and its extremely fast. I had doubts about this bow just from looking at the specs but one shot wiped them out. if I hadn't tied up so much money into my omen this bow would be on order.

DNA SP 28" 65# ( I think)
PSE made a big improvement on the draw cycle of this bow. much smoother draw but it gives up a little speed for it.
very quite at the shot and dead in hand. I also found this bow to be very accurate. as far as speed goes its still got most other bow manufactures beat. I enjoyed shooting this bow.

SOURCE 60# 28"
with a longer brace height and ATA this bow is a smooth drawing bow.
this would be a great bow for those who don't care for the shorter bows.
its dead quite and no vibration from what I could feel. even with the longer brace and ata it still puts out great speed.
the ata is longer than what im use to but I didn't notice it in the least.
I was able to stack arrows with this bow as well.

PREMONITION 60# 30"
I didn't shoot this bow at the demo, my wife owns this bow
I set this bow up for myself when she wasn't looking.
this bow has a solid wall, quite at the shot and no hand vibration at all
I feel this is a great bow for women who are seriously into hunting if they fit. ( sorry MTMUTT)

PHENOM 60# 30"
I had this bow set at 30" for me.
I really liked this bow. this bow will be my new target bow.
this bow sports a longer ata then any of the other bows I shot, didn't notice it though.
this bow draws very smooth, dead in hand at the shot very steady platform. the guys that watched me shoot it commented on how nothing moved during the shot except for my trigger finger. rock solid shooter. this would be good bow for those who like shooting finger.

if your in the market for a new bow this yr I highly recommend checking out this line up. you wont be disappointed.

on a side note, I run impact guns and air chippers at work a lot. my hands might not pick up the vibrations that others might.

I've never shot a PSE that I liked. I've always found their draw cycle to be rough. The only one I shot last year was the DNA. I thought it dumped into the valley more than I liked, but no where near as bad as some models I've shot in past years. I thought the dna had too much post shot hand vibration for my liking too (but that was the 2013 model). I'll definitely shoot the dna again this year and see if I like their improvements. Just to give em a fair shake, I'll shoot em all this year. Time for a new bow soon anyway.

don't look past the full throttle. that is a sick shooting bow. i found it a better shooter than the dna sp. that's just my thoughts though.
